The project is located within the grounds of Elizabeth Macarthur Agricultural Institute at Menangle.

The works consisted of:

The refurbishment of Block 4 to provide AGTC, PTSC & Biosecruity Laboratories with associated meeting rooms, amenities and plant rooms to meet PC2 and BC2 requirements.

High level of coordination due to the amount of services required within the confines of an existing building and minimum spatial requirements of the laboratory and specialist equipment.

Concentrated focus on construction quality in order to meet the strict compliance requirements of PC2 and BC2 certification.
